JIMBARAN, BALI, 23 June 2014 – Bali’s most exclusive residential community, AYANA Residences, has set a new precedent in the island’s property market by handing over the keys ahead of schedule to its first buyer.


Following a small ceremony at the property, the first tower of the award-winning development was declared officially completed ahead of its 15 June 2014 deadline, which is unprecedented on an island renowned for delays in completion of property projects.
